Workshop: Motivation is not (only) about money (EN)

Motivation is a magic word. Often a buzz word. Everyone is looking for it. At least employers want motivated employees. And often the first thing that comes to mind is money. But motivation isn't just about money, which can be a double-edged sword. In this workshop, I'll briefly introduce how we can think about motivation from both the employer and employee perspective, and what the main factors can be that affect how motivated we are.
