CV Consultation
The aim of the service is to help you prepare a work portfolio. Not sure what that means? A work portfolio includes all materials that demonstrate your experience, skills, knowledge and abilities.
Target group: students, graduates within one year of graduation
Duration: 40 minutes

How it works
Meetings take place in person at the Career Center or online via Microsoft Teams.
In a 40-minute session, a career counselor will review your career portfolio, provide feedback, and answer your questions. They will offer tips and suggestions for adjustments in line with current labor market trends.
Please bring your materials to the meeting or, ideally, send them to your counselor in advance.
How to register for a consultation:
Choose whether you would like a consultation in person or online, select one of the available appointments and sign up for it. Please leave us a note that you wish to consult in English.

How to proceed after registration:
Consultation in person
The consultation rooms can be found on the 3rd floor of the Masaryk University building on Komenského náměstí 2.
Go through the entrance hall, continue through the courtyard to the next building and go up to the 3rd floor. Go to room 331 and take a left into the CERPEK centre. To enter room 331, take a right from the stairs, go through the glass door (if the door is not open, please wait outside, a career counselor will come to pick you up). If you cannot find the room, please call 771 230 339.
Online consultation
- If you have booked an online consultation, you will receive an email invitation with a link to the Microsoft Teams meeting at least one day in advance.
- You will log in to Microsoft Teams using your User ID and secondary password. You can use the web interface or download the desktop application. We recommend using the app.
- At the given appointment date and time, use the link in the email to join the appointment with the career counselor.
