Assessment centre

Employers want to find the best candidate who will meet the requirements for the position and ideally fit into the team they are to become part of. To ensure that the person is the right fit for the job, they include an assessment centre (AC) in the selection process.

With this service, you will experience a non-traditional selection procedure that you may encounter in practice. We have prepared a programme to test the competencies needed for a specific job. Afterwards, you will receive feedback to help you develop further.

For who: students, graduates within 1 year of graduation
