- Collaborations with participants – how to navigate change, adaptability and stres management in modern labour market
Our MUST Week is offered to all the professionals from career guidance (HR, career counsellors, psychologists, career center staff). The programme consists of lectures, interactive workshops and sessions and also learning about Brno culture. We aim to share our best practices, learn from each other and find a new objective in navigating career counselling in uncertain times.

The mission of Masaryk University's Career Center is to facilitate the transition from academia to the working world for students and recent graduates and to prepare them to independently manage their professional careers.
